1. Outline the business The boutique hotel that I am planning to operate is named ‘MUX boutique hotel’, which is located near to strait of Singapore. Unlike the traditional standardized hotel, MUX offer luxury facilities of varying degrees in unique or intimate settings with the opportunity to explore the local atmosphere. Generally, concept that this hotel wants to delivery for is a type of relaxing and fashionable lifestyle outside the city. It aims to provide incredible view, comfortable and noble living experience for high-end travellers and vacationers. On the basic sides, the hotel has 6 floors, contains nearly 80 houses and will be equipped a complete set of high standard hardware facilities and hotel service system, professional†¦show more content†¦* Occupancy rate for the first year reach 50%, each quarter respectively are 25%, 30%, 40% and 50%, nearly 20% quarterly growth rate. * The goal of receiving quantity for the first year is to receive 21,600 guests, with constant quarterly growth rate 10%. * After the first year, MUX should establish a certain reputation among hotel industry and become one of most famous boutique hotel in Singapore. * MUX aims to build guest of at least 16,000 households within the next 12 months * MUX aims to gain a market share of 10% of boutique hotel industry in Singapore, within 12 months. * MUX aims to achieve 75% guest awareness of the brand in the target markets. 2.3 Mission Targeting the high-end leisure travellers and vacationers, MUX tries to offer luxury living environment and offer a series of high-quality service, thus to attract high-end guests and gain profits. MUX provides four types of room, each of them provides unique experience for guests and is special for particular characteristics: sunset room with ocean facing balcony, infinite suit with private ocean-facing infinite pool and balcony, standard room with panoramic window facing the Sentosa golf course and the ocean view suit with outside ocean-facing hot tub.
